"The 2025 edition includes the addition of two novel gourmand molecules only recently made available to independent perfumers: esifurane, a fascinating molecule which smells exactly like almond icing, and methyl corylone, which adds a delicious baked pastry note. There are a few other tweaks in the ratios of other materials, but the addition of these two molecules (clocking in at a total of 0.05% of the total formula, a small amount but with high impact) are the main differences. The butter CO2 was also removed from this version and replaced with an accord, making this edition vegan friendly.

The result is a new and improved version of Gingerbread, more of an 'iced baked gingerbread cookie' vs the previous 'gingerbread dough', that is even more mouth-watering and delectable."
