Policies & Terms

 

  • Standard processing times are 2-4 business days from the time an order is placed, though this may vary with seasonal releases. We typically ship orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges, and it is strongly recommended that you order samples before purchasing larger sizes. Please reach out to our team using the contact form or via email at orders@pinewardperfume.com if there is an issue with your order.

  • We allow address changes within 1 hour of order placement. To request an address change, please email orders@pinewardperfume.com and include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address. Once your order begins processing, we can no longer guarantee address changes. If your package ships with an incorrect address, we cannot redirect it and are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. If your order has already shipped, you may be able to contact the carrier directly to request a delivery change. We are happy to provide tracking information, but we are unable to intervene once an item is in transit.

  • Any issues related to package delivery (including packages not being delivered, products being damaged in transit, and orders including the wrong product) must be notified within 30 days of the order fulfillment. Any issues outside of this time period will be ineligible for refund or replacement.

  • We do not market Pineward by hype and FOMO. When perfumes sell out, we produce more based on demand and availability of materials.

  • We do not provide free products in exchange for reviews or exposure, and we do not collaborate with influencers.

  • We do not use pre-blended fragrance oils (FOs).

  • We do not use AI in any capacity.

  • Pineward perfumes are not IFRA compliant. We use more oakmoss than is allowed per IFRA standards and use many plant extracts that are created in-house, which are not accounted for in IFRA regulations.

  • Over time, or from batch to batch, you may notice color changes, deposits, or slight alteration to the composition. This is due to the high percentage of natural ingredients in the compositions and is normal.
